The distribution center of our products is in Jaipur and Mumbai. Once the order is confirmed and paid, the next day we initiate the order for dispatch process. However, the handling time for an order would be 3-5 working days. Showmeify is working with multiple carrier partners to make sure that your customer receives their item safely and speedy. It may take maximum 7-10 days for delivery of order depending on customer’s postcode.
We are currently serving PAN India with more than 20000 Pincodes. Any pincode which fall under unserviceable category (Remote or Rural Locations) will lead to extra shipping charge with 15 to 20 days delivery time.
As Showmeify does not have any logistics company of its own and is reliable on 3PL’s (3rd Party Logistics) for shipping there are a certain policy that we follow,
- All the disputes related to Damage, Fake delivery, etc. must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery/delivery attempt. Any such cases raised after 48 hrs will not be entertained.
- Courier partners shall entertain claims related to damage only if negative remarks are mentioned on the POD copy. However, if the POD copy is clean, courier partners shall not accept any claim.
- Shipping cost will be based on the product weight and delivery address.
