Cancellation

You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by visiting to your My Account > Orders

Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

Return

If you have received damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your Showmeify Wallet within 24-48 hrs once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with replacement of the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified.

  • Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable.
  • In case of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received and showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.

Note:

As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We will provide you a cashback of Rs.100 for shipments weighing upto 500 grams in your Showmeify Wallet & it can be used for further purchase on showmeify.com. For every next 500 gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to your wallet.

Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Refund

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Showmeify E-wallet as store credits which you can use to shop on Showmeify.com
